What you are buying
Enrollment in The Author’s Circle, a 30-day done-with-you book writing program. It includes the live sessions described on the enrollment page, personal feedback on your work, and the production deliverables: a book cover, an ISBN, a barcode, and a manuscript formatted for release on Kindle KDP.
What you are responsible for
Writing the book. We provide the system, the structure, the accountability and the production work — the words are yours. Authors who attend the sessions and do the writing between them finish. Authors who do not, do not.
What we do not promise
Completing the program means finishing a manuscript. It is not a guarantee of book sales, revenue, audience growth, media attention, or any particular outcome after publication. Results vary and depend on the work each author puts in and on factors outside anyone’s control.
Ownership
You retain full ownership of your manuscript, your story, your ISBN and your published book. Program materials, frameworks and templates we provide remain ours and are licensed to you for your own use — not for resale or redistribution.
Your content
You confirm that the material you bring is yours to use, does not infringe anyone else’s rights, and does not defame any identifiable person. Where you write about real people, that is your call and your responsibility.
Payment
Fees are as stated at checkout and are processed by Stripe. Where a payment plan is offered, all installments are due on schedule; access may be paused while a payment is past due. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Conduct
The cohort is a room of people being vulnerable in writing. Respect that. We may remove anyone whose conduct makes the room unsafe for other authors, without refund.
Scheduling
Session dates are published in advance. If we have to move a session, we will give as much notice as we can and provide a way to catch up.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of the program is limited to the amount you paid for it.
