Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your investment. If you enroll in the program and decide it is not the right fit for your writing goals — before we begin our process — you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a full refund, you must meet both of the following conditions:
- Timeframe. Submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Program engagement. Requests made after beginning the interview for your book material will not be granted.
Payment plans
The Author’s Circle is available as a single payment of $1,997, or as a 2-payment plan of $1,050 per month. Choosing a payment plan confirms your seat and starts the program the same as paying in full. Your final completed manuscript, cover file, ISBN and barcode are delivered once your balance is paid in full. Installments are billed automatically on the schedule shown at checkout; contact customerservice@writemystorytoday.com if you need to update your payment method or resolve a missed payment.
Non-refundable circumstances
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired.
- Payment plan installments that are already past due. Where a refund is evaluated outside the 7-day window, all remaining payments must be cleared first.
How to request a refund

Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
Please include the email address associated with your account and a brief note on why the program didn’t meet your needs, so we can improve the experience for the authors who come after you.
Processing time
Once approved, your refund is issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
