Refund Policy
We want you to feel completely confident in your investment. If you enrol in the program and decide it is not the right fit for your writing goals — before we begin our process — you are eligible for a full refund within 7 calendar days of your purchase date.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for a full refund, you must meet both of the following conditions:
- Timeframe. Submit your request within 7 calendar days of purchase.
- Program engagement. Requests made after beginning the interview for your book material will not be granted.
Non-refundable circumstances
- Requests submitted after the 7-day window has expired.
- Payment plan installments that are already past due. Where a refund is evaluated outside the 7-day window, all remaining payments must be cleared first.

Refund Request — [Your Order Number]
Please include the email address associated with your account and a brief note on why the program didn’t meet your needs, so we can improve the experience for the authors who come after you.
Processing time
Once approved, your refund is issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
